摘要
目的研究八角茴香中挥发油的化学成分以及挥发性测定方法;熟练进行挥发油的含量测定的实验装置的安装;能从八角茴香中挥发油的测定学习到其他物质中挥发油的测定及鉴定。方法采用普通蒸馏法提取八角茴香的挥发油,并用薄层色谱分析其挥发油的挥发性。由于挥发油具有挥发性,能随水蒸气镏出,但不溶或极难溶于水,易溶于有机溶剂中,八角茴香油:黄棕色的膏状物,难溶于水,与乙醚、氯仿、苯、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、二硫化碳、石油醚混溶。可以用蒸馏法提取挥发油。结果从八角茴香中提取了少量挥发油,测得挥油得率为2.96%,然后可以将八角茴香挥发油做薄层色谱分析其加热前后的挥发性变化。结论此操作方法简便,易行,能得到较纯的产物。但是出油率较低。
Objective TO research Star anise volatile oil's chemical composition and Method for determination of volatile: Can master process of volatile oil's content determination and experimental installation. Then you can get other substances volatile oil determination and identification from Star anise volatile oil content's measurement. Method Using ordinary distillation to extraction of the star anise's volatile oil. And using the thin-layer chromatographic analysis volatile of the volatile oil. Because the volatile oil has volatility. With the water vapor distillation out, but insoluble or hardly soluble in water, easily soluble in organic solvents. Star anise oil is yellow brown paste, insoluble in water is hardly.It's miscibility of aether, chloroform, benzene, acetic, acid and ethyl, ester, acetone, carbon bisullide, Petroleum ether, can be used to extract volatile oil by distillation. Result Extract a few of volatile oil from star anise. The volatile oil's rate is 2.96 %. Then you can make thin-layer chromatographic analysis of the volatile changes before and after calefaction. Conclusion The method is simple and easy in operation. It can be more pure essential oil. But the rate of oil is lower.
