摘要
利用苏丹Ⅳ染色法对42株红豆杉内生真菌进行产油脂的研究,用光学显微镜观察发现18株内生真菌中含有油脂粒,占总数的42.9%;对含有油脂粒的内生真菌,进一步采用Folch法提取并测定菌株油脂产率,发现有6株内生真菌的油脂产率达到15.0%以上,其中最高的油脂产率为25.2%。该研究为红豆杉内生真菌产油脂的进一步研究筛选出了目标菌株,并为红豆杉内生真菌油脂的提纯分离奠定了基础。
Lipid production was studied on 42 endophytic fungi isolated from Taxus by the of Sudan Ⅳ staining, and lipid bodies were observed in 18 strains through optical microscope, accounting for 1% of the total. Secondly, the total lipid yield of these strains was studied by Folch method. Results showed: lipid yields of 6 strains exceed 15.0 %, and the highest yield is 25.2 %. This study selects target strains for further research, and is the foundation for lipid purification of endophytic fungi isolated from Taxus.
