摘要
Fe_3O_4磁性纳米粒子以其优异的载体功能、超顺磁性、宽频带吸收、表面易修饰、易于分离和良好的生物相容性等综合性能,成为制备磁性复合微球的首选磁性材料之一,在农兽药残留检测的各项技术中得到了广泛的应用。本文简要概述了磁性纳米粒子的制备方法、表面改性及其在农兽药残留检测中的研究进展。
Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles have excellent carrying function, superparamagnetism, broadband absorption, easily surface modified, easily separated and good biocompatibility. The comprehensive performance make it become a kind of magnetic material for the preparation of magnetic composite rnicrospheres which are used in pesticide and veterinary drug residues detection techniques. This paper briefly overviews the preparation and surface modification of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles, as well as the research progress in the detection of pesticide and veterinary drug residues.
