阿塞那平的合成进展

摘要 阿塞那平是一种新型非典型抗精神病药物,为5-HT受体、α-肾上腺素受体、多巴胺D受体及组胺H受体的拮抗药,用于成年人精神分裂症、狂躁症等紧急治疗。现综述了阿塞那平的合成进展,为该药的进一步研究提供参考。 Asenapine is a novel psychopharmacological agent that binds with high affinity and specificity to numerous dopamine, serotonin, noradrenaline and histamine receptor subtypes. It is being developed for the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar mania. This paper reviews the synthetic methods of asenapine.
