摘要
城市化的高度发展以及人口的不断增长使得广东生活污泥的产生量巨大,而工业排污的接入使生活污泥泥质存在较为明显的区域性差异;与此同时,污泥处理处置产业区域分布、产能配置的不均衡,污泥的全过程的管理与控制仍存在技术及制度上的缺失,使得近年来广东生活污泥出路问题凸显。从长远的环境效益考虑,污泥处理处置的关键在于源头控制、过程减量,现阶段仍需进一步开展工业废水的集中处理,建立并完善生活污泥的检测与分类机制,以污泥资源化为目标引导污泥减量化、无害化技术发展,开展跨行业的资源整合,实现生活污泥资源化产业的市场化及专业化发展。
With the rapid development of urbanization and the continuous growth of population, the production of domestic sewage sludge in Guangdong is enormous, and there are obvious regional differences in the quality of domestic sewage sludge because of the pollutants from industrial sewage. At the same time, the regional distribution and capacity allocation of sludge treatment industry is unbalanced, and the whole process control of sludge treatment still lack of technology and system, which compounding the problem of domestic sewage sludge in Guangdong. Considering the long-term environmental benefits, the keys of domestic sewage sludge treatment is source control and process reduction. At present, besides carrying out the centralized treatment of industrial wastewater, we still need to establish the mechanism of detection and classification on domestic sewage sludge, and guide the development of sludge treatment technology with the goal of resource recycling, as well as carry out the resource integration of cross industries, to achieve market-oriented and professional development of sludge recycling industry.
