摘要
广东某液化天然气(简称LNG)接收站自从2016年10月22日"大鹏星"卸载以来,在船方运行卸料泵并开启返回气阀门后,接收站内BOG压缩机入口压力就会出现剧烈波动,甚至导致了BOG压缩机数次关停,且无法重新运行,给公司安全运营带来较大风险。文章通过对该原因进行分析,发现是因为重组分在BOG总管低点累积使流通面积变小导致段塞流引起BOG压缩机入口压力剧烈波动,并提出了相应预防措施。
Since October 22, 2016, the "DaPeng Star" has been unloading in one of Guangdong LNG terminals. The inlet pressure of BOG compressor fluctuated dramatically when the ship started the unloading pump and opened the gas returta valve, The violent fluctuation even led to the BOG compressor shutting down several times and unable to run again, which would bring some risk to the safe production of company. In this article, through the analysis nfthe reason, it was found that the smaller circulation area caused by the heavier component gathering in the main pipe of BOG was the main reason liar the vinlent fluctuation of inlet pressure in BOG compressor. Furlhermore, some corresponding preventive measures were put forward with the consideration of reality.
