Mechanism Analysis and Prevention Measures for Coking of Heater Pipe of Delayed Coking Unit

焦化炉是延迟焦化装置的关键设备,由于焦化的工艺特性,炉管结焦是一个必然发生的现象,也是影响长周期运行的一个制约因素。本文主要分析了焦化加热炉炉管结焦的机理及影响因素,在设计、原料及操作方面提出了预防措施,并总结了清焦的方法。

The coking heater is the key equipment of the delayed coking unit. Due to the technological characteristics of the coking process, the coking in the heater tube is an inevitable phenomenon and a constraint factor affecting tong run lengths. In this paper, the mechanism and influencing factors of coking in the heater are analyzed, and preventive measures are put forward for engineering, raw material and operation, and the method of spalling is summarized.
