摘要 油气管道清管或内检测过程中存在较高卡堵风险。本文就莺歌海某输气管道内检测作业过程中出现的卡堵事故进行原因分析,进行了设备拆卸检查以及牵拉试验验证,最终实施相应的改进措施。漏磁内检测设备改进后对该管道再次进行内检测作业并顺利完成,从而为我国南海油气管道内检测作业积累相当经验。 There is a very high risk of pig blockage during pigging and in-line inspection of the oil/gas pipeline. In this paper, a pig blockage accident of the gas pipeline is introduced and the cause is analyzed. Equipment inspection and traction test verification are carried out. Finally the corresponding improvement measures are carried out. After the improvement of the magnetic flux leakage testing equipment, the pipeline in-line inspection is again carried out and successfully completed. Experience in the oil and gas pipeline in-line inspection is accumulated.
