摘要
本文介绍了HJ 694-2014方法中砷的测量不确定度评定方法,找出影响测量结果的主要影响因素,并对其的测量不确定度进行了评定。结果显示:本次评定的测量不确定度主要来源是由校准曲线拟合引入,最终计算出其扩展不确定度,提高了该方法测定砷项目检测数据的精确性,客观分析测量结果的分布范围,还为HJ 694-2014方法测定的其它元素提供了参考价值。
This paper introdnces the measuring method of arsenic in HJ 694-2014 uncertainty evaluation method, we find the main influencing l,ictors affecting the measurement results, and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated. The results showed that the evaluation of the measurement uncertainty is the main source introduced by calibration curve fitting, finally calculate its expansion the uncertainty of the determination method improves the accuracy of detection data of arsenic project, the distribution range of the objective analysis of measurenlent results, other elements for the HJ 694-2014 method for the determination of the reference value.
