总结医院药学专业实习生带教经验、体会和存在的问题。在传统的带教模式上,加入新的教学方法,例如提问的教学方法、窗口药学的教学方法和案例教学的教学方法。初步建立的系统化、规范化医院药学教学培训模式,保证了药师培训的质量,提升了师资的带教能力与团队整体知识水平,保障临床合理用药。

This paper summarizes the experiences, experiences and problems of practice in hospital pharmacy.
