混合碱活化废弃甘蔗渣吸附有机实验室废水研究

摘要 以生活中废弃甘蔗渣为原料,采用混合碱活化法制备活性炭,研究了其对有机实验室废水的吸附性能,考察了不同比例的KOH∶NaOH溶液对活性炭吸附性能的影响。结果表明,用4.2∶1的KOH∶NaOH混合碱溶液活化制得的甘蔗渣活性炭处理有机废水的效果最好,其粒径限定在100~120目大小为宜。 Activated carbon was prepared from bagasse by using KOH/Na OH as the activation agent. The absorption performance of the activated carbon for organic wastewater was studied. The influence of Na OH/KOH ratio was systematically investigated. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions was that the ratio of the activating agents was 4. 2∶ 1 and the suitable size of which was 100 ~ 120 mesh.
