摘要 以国土资源部评选的151个国土资源节约集约模范县(市)为研究对象,梳理我国城镇建设用地节地途径和手段,总结、归纳城镇建设用地节地模式,并从地形条件和经济发展水平两个方面对各类节地模式进行适用性分析。结果表明,不同节地模式适用程度呈现差异,从被引频次统计看,各模式受重视程度依次是:时序优化>旧地改造>集中布局>空中拓展>闲地清理>产业升级>新地开发>地下开发。节地模式适用程度受城市地形地貌和经济发展水平影响,各地应因地制宜选取合适的若干节地模式进行节地城市建设。 In accordance with the data from the 151counties which are honored for their work in promoting land saving and intensive use, and are honored as the exemplary counties by Ministry of Land and Resources, this paper has introduced the land saving mode on the basis of analyzing the approach and means to realize land saving in urban construction. In addition, this paper has analyzed the applicability of various land saving modes from the both sides of terrain condition and economic development. The results show that there are differences among different land saving modes. From the cited frequency statistics, the modes we have put emphasis on, in turn, is timing optimization, old land renewal, centralized distribution, air expanding, idle land clearing, industrial upgrading, new land development, and underground development. In the end, this paper argues that both urban topography and economic development have an effect upon the applicability of land saving mode, so we should select the several appropriate land saving modes to save land in urban construction in line with local conditions around China.
