食品回收处理的相关决策分析

Related Decisions on Food Recycling and Processing

针对我国食品回收处理问题,利用优化模型分析食品生产商与回收处理商是各自独立或者合作一体化的两种模式下回收利用率、产量和单位回收收益等相关决策。结果表明:在不同模式下食品销售价格、回收处理的成本与收益关系满足不同条件时,食品回收利用率等相关决策是不同的,但主要因素对相关决策的影响效应基本相似,并且食品回收处理的高收益、低成本对于生产与回收处理主体都具有经济激励作用。提出以对优质高价食品的回收处理进行激励与约束为示范,逐步健全食品的安全回收利用体系等政策启示。

For the issue of food recycling and processing,the optimal models are built to analyze respec-tively whether food producers and the recycling businessmen are working independently or integrated in differ-ent modes when they make related decisions on the utilization rate of recycling,the output,and the unit recy-cling return. The main results show that when food price,the cost and the return of the recycling and processing meet different conditions in different modes,the related decisions are different,such as the utilization rate of re-cycling and so on.However,the e￡￡ect of the main factors on the related decisions is similar. And the high return and the low cost of the food recycling and processing play a role in economic incentives for the main subject of the production and recycling and processing. Finally,some policy implications are proposed including the incen-tives for and the restrictions on the recycling and processing of the food of high quality and the high price are as the demonstration,and the safety recycling and utilization system are improved gradually.
