硫酸氨基葡萄糖钾片治疗腰痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of glucosamine sulfate in the treatment of chronic low back pain

目的分析应用硫酸氨基葡萄糖钾片治疗慢性腰痛的临床疗效。方法选择2014年10月至2017年1月在我院进行治疗的腰椎骨质退行性改变患者伴腰痛80例,分成对照组及观察组,对照组(n=40)给予口服洛索洛芬钠片,60 mg,共2周;治疗组(n=40)给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖钾片(留普安片),1.5 g/日,共4周。比较两组临床效果。结果洛索洛芬钠组40例中,完全缓解患者有30例(75.0%),有效缓解8例(20.0%),无效2例(5.0%);留普安组40例中,完全缓解患者有24例(60.0%),有效缓解11例(27.5%),无效5例(12.5%),对比两组患者临床疗效相当。洛索洛芬钠组例出现不良反应8(8/40)例,占20.00%,留普安组40例没有出现不良反应,两组数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗腰椎骨质退行性改变伴腰痛患者这种慢性腰痛有效,可作为辅助用药服用。

Objective To investigate the effect of glucosamine sulfate on treatment of low backpain in patients with degenerative changes of bone and joint. Methods Eighty patients with degenera-tive changes of bone and joint combined chronic low back pain were assigned to two group,40 caseseach group. The patients in loxoprofen group were treated with oral loxoprofen sodium,60 mg for twoweeks,and those in glucosamine group were taken glucosamine sulfate 1.5 g per day,for four weeks.The clinical effect was compared between two groups. Results There were 30 patients(30/40,75.0%)with complete remission in loxoprofen group,and 24 cases in glucosamine group(24/40,60%). Therewere eight cases of adverse reactions(8/40. 20%)in loxoprofen group and no one case in glucosaminegroup. Conclusion Glucosamine sulfate is effective in the treatment of lumbar degenerative bone changesassociated with low back pain.
