标准γ-Ⅲ型带锁髓内钉治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折

Treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients with standard γ-Ⅲ intramedullary nail

目的总结闭合复位γ-Ⅲ型髓内钉内固定治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法采用闭合复位γ-Ⅲ型髓内钉内固定治疗75例高龄股骨转子间骨折患者。结果手术时间30~55 min,术中出血量40~100 ml。75例均获得随访,时间6~18个月。患者骨折均良好复位并愈合。结论采用闭合复位标准γ-Ⅲ型髓内钉内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折操作方法简单易行,骨折复位良好,手术时间短,术中出血较少,术后功能恢复快。

Objective To summarize the result of standard γ-Ⅲ intramedullary nail in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods The 75 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were treated with closed reduction and standard γ-Ⅲ intramedullary nail internal fixation.Results The operation time was 30~55 min,and the blood loss was 40~100 ml.The 75 patients were followed up for 6~18 months.All the patients acquired good reduction and healing.Conclusions Standard γ-Ⅲ intramedullary nail minimally invasive implantation in treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture is small surgical trauma and simple to learn with the advantages of good reduction,short operation time,less bleeding and faster postoperative recovery.
