摘要
目的探讨钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨配合切口持续高负压引流治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法采用切开复位、跟骨钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨配合切口内置引流管持续高负压引流治疗32例跟骨关节内骨折患者(35足)。结果 32例均获得随访,时间2~50个月。骨折全部愈合。术后腓肠神经损伤1例,无皮瓣坏死。按美国足踝骨科协会的足踝临床评分系统评分:优29足,良5足,可1足,优良率97%。结论切开复位钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨配合切口内置引流管持续高负压引流,是治疗跟骨关节内骨折效果可靠的方法。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of plate internal fixation with allogenic bone transplantation and continuous negative pressure drainage at the incision on intra-articular calcaneal fracture treatment.Methods A total of 32 cases (35 feet) with intra-articular calcaneal fracture were recruited and received incision reduction,plate internal fixation with allogenic bone transplantation and continuous negative pressure drainage at the incision.Results The follow-up periods ranged from 2 months to 50 months in all 32 cases.All cases got bony union.One subject reported sural nerve damage with no skin flap necrosis.According to AOFAS evaluation criteria for scoring,the excellent and good rate was 97% (excellent 29 cases,good 5 cases,fair 1 case).Conclusions Plate internal fixation with allogenic bone transplantation combined with continuous negative pressure drainage at the incision is an effective approach in intra-articular calcaneal fracture treatment.
