摘要 长链非编码RNA母系表达基因3(MEG3)在多种肿瘤组织及细胞中异常表达,可通过不同的机制参与肿瘤的发生发展,并且与肿瘤转移、耐药及预后密切相关。作者就MEG3在肿瘤中表达的研究现状及作用机制作一综述。
