牛膝多糖对断奶仔猪血清矿物元素的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究旨在探讨牛膝多糖(APBS)对断奶仔猪血清矿物元素的影响。选取体重和遗传基础相近的25日龄杜长大(DLY)断奶仔猪36头,随机分成对照组和2个试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头仔猪(公母比为1∶1),分别喂给添加牛膝多糖0mg/kg(对照组)、600mg/kg(试验组I)APBS和1200mg/kg(试验组Ⅱ)APBS的日粮。预试期4d,正试期28d。结果表明:牛膝多糖对断奶仔猪血清钙、钾浓度无显著性影响(P>0.05);试验组Ⅱ血清磷浓度显著高于对照组和试验组I(P<0.05);试验组Ⅱ血清氯浓度显著低于对照组和试验组I(P<0.05),但试验组I和对照组血清氯浓度差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组Ⅰ血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于对照组和试验组Ⅱ(P<0.05);试验组Ⅱ血清铜蓝蛋白浓度显著高于对照组和试验组I(P<0.05),但试验组Ⅰ血清铜蓝蛋白浓度低于对照组(P=0.055)。试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ血清铁浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,牛膝多糖能够调节断奶仔猪血清矿物质稳衡,改善仔猪健康状态。 This study was to explore the effects of Achyranthes Bidentata polysaccharide(APBS)on serum mineral elements in weaned piglets.A total of thirty-six 25-day-old(DLY)weaned piglets with similar genetic background and weight were divided into three treatments with three replicates per treatment and 4 pigs per replicates in a randomized complete block.The control was fed the basal diet(0 mg/kg APBS),the other two groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 600mg/kg APBS(Group Ⅰ),and 1 200mg/kg APBS(Group Ⅱ),respectively.The experimental period lasted for 28 dand it was preceded by a 4 dadaptation period.The results showed that Achyranthes Bidentata polysaccharides had no effect on concentration of calcium and potassium in serum in animals(P〈0.05).Piglets in group Ⅱ had a higher phosphorus concentration compared with piglets in the control and group Ⅰ(P〈0.05).The concentration of chlorine in serum in piglets from group Ⅱ was significantly lower than those of control and group Ⅰ(P〈0.05),but there was no significant difference in the concentration of chlorine in serum between the control and group Ⅰ(P〈0.05).Higher activity of alkaline phosphatase in serum was obtained in piglets from group Ⅰ compared with the control and group Ⅱ(P〈0.05).Piglets in group Ⅱ had a higher concentration serum ceruloplasmin than those of the control and group Ⅰ(P〈0.05),but ceruloplasmin concentration in serum from group Ⅰ was lower than those of the control(P=0.055).The serum iron in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly lower than those in the control(P〈0.05).In conclusion,Achyranthes Bidentata polysaccharide can significantly improve the serum mineral homeostasis,and the health status of piglets.
