介绍了硫磺制酸装置熔硫工序原料硫磺中的固体杂质、酸度、含水量、有机物、灰分及液硫过滤机等设备对熔硫操作的影响;同时对液硫过滤机的稳定运行、熔硫过程中酸度的控制、熔硫蒸汽管线的保温、熔硫废气的处理等提出了较好的解决措施。

The effects of solid impurities, acidity, water content, organic matters, ash and liquid sulphur filter on the molten sul-phur unit operation were discussed. Better measurements have been put forward for stable operation of liquid sulphur filter, the acidity control during molten sulphur process, temperature maintenance of the steam pipeline, and the molten sulphur waste gas treatment.
