摘要
本研究采用UV/Fenton高级氧化技术处理PVA废水,研究了不同的因素对氧化处理废水效果的影响,通过定性分析,还进一步探讨UV/Fenton反应作用于PVA废水处理的反应机理。研究结果表明:当pH=4,H_2O_2/COD摩尔比为2.2∶1,H_2O_2/Fe^(2+)比为11∶1,氧气作为载气,反应时间为30 min,溶液的B/C可由最初的0.1提高到0.6,废液可生化性得到了大幅的提升,便于后续生化处理;当pH=4,H_2O_2/COD摩尔比为1.5∶1,H_2O_2/Fe^(2+)比为11∶1,氧气作为载气,反应时间为30 min,COD去除率可高达90%。
The effective degradation of polyvinyl-alcohol was achieved by the application of photo-Fenton reaction, and investigated the effects of different factors.The B/C will increased from the initial 0.1 to 0.6 when pH= 4, H2O2/COD molar ratio is2.2 :1, H2O2 / Fe2+ ratio is 11 :1, oxygen is used as carrier gas, reaction time is 30 min.Keeping other conditions unchanged, the molar ratio of H2O2/COD to 1.5:1, the removal rate of COD can reach ninety percent.Through qualitative analysis, the reaction mechanism of UV/Fenton reaction on PVA wastewater treatment was further investigated.
