转向架回转阻力系数测量不确定度分析与评定

摘要 转向架回转阻力系数,是评价转向架动力学性能的关键参数,方法是测量使转向架发生回转时的力矩大小,计算回转阻力矩与平均轴重、轴距间的比值,从而得到回转阻力系数。文章依据EN14363-2009《铁路应用-铁路车辆运行特性-运行性能试验和静态试验》和JJF 1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》,利用自主研发的转向架参数试验台,对CW6000型转向架的回转阻力系数试验进行不确定度分析,总结了评定方法并对试验结果进行了测量不确定度的评定,结果也证明了试验方法及试验平台的可信赖程度。 The rotational resistance coefficient is a key parameter to evaluate the dynamic performance of bogie,by measuring the resistance torque between carbody and bogie, and calculating the ration between the rotational resistance torque and the average axle load with the wheelbase considered, figured out the value of the rotation resistance coefficient.Based on EN14363-2009《Railway applications-railway vehicle operating characteristics-performance test and static test》and JJF 1059-1999《measurement uncertainty assessment and representation》, an analysis was taken on the measurement uncertainty of the CW6000 bogie's rotational resistance coefficient,by using a customized bogie parameter test bench.Through concluding the evaluation method and the measured uncertainty from test data, the results proved the feasibility and reliability of both the test method and the test bench applied.
