电缆卷筒在各种大型起重机施工中应用的十分广泛,极大地提高了起重机的施工效率。但是,电缆卷筒在实际施工过程中,经常出现各种故障,影响起重设备的正常运行。文章分析了电缆卷筒的类型及工作原理,还有轮胎式龙门吊电缆卷筒的故障分析以及相应的处理措施。

The cable reel is widely used in the construction of various large cranes, greatly improving the construction efficiency of the crane.However, in the actual construction process, the cable reel often appears various faults, affecting the normal operation of lifting equipment.This paper made a simple analysis of the types and working principle of cable reel, and fault analysis of tire gantry crane cable reel and the corresponding treatment measures.
