摘要
大唐武安发电有限公司为2×300 MW亚临界一次中间再热间接空冷纯凝汽式发电机组,每台机组配备两台YJG48左-43型间冷循环水泵,间冷循环水泵出口配套蝶阀为河南开封高压阀门有限公司生产的1800DH7X41H-10C型液控蝶阀,文章对此类型蝶阀液控油站油泵频繁自启以及阀门无法开启的原因进行分析,并对解决方案进行介绍。
Datang Wuan Power Generation Co. Ltd. comprise 2 x 300 MW a subcritical reheat indirect air-cooled pure condensing steam generating units, each unit is equipped with two sets of YJG48 left -43 intercooled circulating water pump, the pump outlet valve is produced by Henan KaiFeng high pressure valve Co.1800DH7X41H-10C type hydraulic control valves.The thesis for this type of liquid oil pump frequently self starting and butter-fly valve can not open were analyzed, and the solutions were introduced.
