生态文明视角下中小企业综合绩效评价研究

Research on Comprehensive Performance Evaluation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Under Ecological Civilization

随着环境污染的日趋严重,生态文明建设成为了热点问题。我国中小企业数量众多,具有"高能耗、高排放、高污染、低产出"的特点,是生态文明建设的关键。本文将生态文明理念纳入到中小企业绩效考核中,构建了中小企业综合绩效评价指标体系,运用DEA模型对12家中小企业进行实证分析,并对非DEA有效的企业提出改进建议。

With environmental pollution get more serious day by day,ecological civilization has become a hot topic.There are a large number of small and medium-sized enterprise in china, they have the characteristics of high energy consumption, high emission, high pollution and low output,so they are the key to the construction of ecological civilization. In this paper, the concept of ecological civilization is incorporated into the performance evaluation,therefore, the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of small and medium sized enterprises is constructed, then we make an empirical analysis to 12 small and medium-sized enterprises by using the DEA model, and put forward the improvement proposal for non DEA effective enterprise.
