摘要
智能电能表的需求量大,现场故障率居高不下,如何在安装使用前通过试验将产品的潜在故障激发出来成为急需解决的研究课题。通过分析电能表的工作原理和实现方式,调研电能表现场的主要故障模式,利用故障树分析法对电能计量误差超差、485通信故障、液晶显示故障等模式进行分析,建立了相应的故障树,明确了可能引起现场故障的主要失效机理和外部诱因,设计了用于电能表的故障激发试验项目,通过部分验证试验证明了试验项目在实际应用中的有效性。
With the huge demand for smart electricity and high fault rates after installation, how to stimulate the latent weaknesses through pre-defined tests before use becomes an urgent research course.Basic principle and typical implementation of the single-phase smart electricity energy meters are analyzed. The main fault modes of the smart meters in field are investigated and analyzed. Accordingly,fault trees for energy metering error, failure in RS485 communication and liquid display device are built.And then, main failure mechanisms and external occasions that could cause the filed failure are made clear. Test items for fault stimulation are proposed. Through some verification tests, the test items proved effective in practice.
