摘要
液压支架是用来控制采矿工作面矿山压力的系统,但是在地岩溶储层矿山开采中,由于地貌特征过于复杂。设计一种新的液压支架系统。硬件系统是通过上位机对液压支架控制器运行状态、工作形式进行设置,并发出指令;软件系统是利用数据融合算法将上位机发出的数据命令传输给控制器,确保上位机与支架控制器通信的可靠性和安全性,硬件与软件系统实现对液压支架控制器的远程控制。实验证明,软硬件结合的液压控制系统对支架控制器进行了有效的控制,实现了对控制器运行情况的监测和记录,有效的算法也保证了上位机与控制器之间数据传输的稳定性。
