摘要 Frechet分布是一种重要的寿命分布,本文给出了在定数截尾数据缺失场合两参数Frechet分布参数的近似极大似然估计,并通过Monto-Carlo模拟说明了本文方法的可行性. Frechet distribution is an important life distribution. In this paper, approximated maximumlikelihood estimator for two parameter Frechet distribution under type II censoring is investigated. And the feasibility of this method is obtained through the Monto-Carlo simulation.
