摘要
以SBS改性沥青为研究对象,对SBS沥青再生剂掺量进行研究,并阐述再生剂的功能及技术要求。研究结果表明:再生剂粘度不大且掺量为8%~10%时,再生沥青的针入度满足规范要求;无论再生剂粘度大小,掺量为10%时再生沥青的针入度都能满足规范要求。因此,建议再生剂掺量为10%,且再生剂掺量X与再生沥青针入度Y之间需满足关系式Y=MeNx,相关系数需在0.99以上。实际工程应用中,只需确定相关系数M、N的数值即可确定再生剂的最佳掺量。
This paper adopts SBS modified asphalt as study object to study SBS asphalt regenerative content, so to demonstrate function and technical requirements for regenerative. Results show : When the viscosity of the regeneratives is small and the content is 8 % - 10% , the penetration of the recycled asphalt meets the specifications. Regardless of the viscosity of regeneratives, the penetration of the recycled asphalt meets the specifications. Therefore, it is suggested the content of regeneratives is 10% , and the content of regenerative X and recycled asphalt penetration Y shall meet the relationship Y = MeNx, corresponding coefficient shall be overO. 99. In practical application, the optimum content of regeneratives may be determined by simply confirming values of coefficient M, N.
