摘要
研究了以脲醛树脂胶为胶黏剂的杨树树皮刨花板的加工工艺和性能。结果表明:树皮与杨木刨花配比为6∶4、密度为0.8 g/cm^3,施胶量为12%、热压时间为8 min时,树皮刨花板的各项物理性能最优并达到了GB/T 4897.3-2003普通刨花板国家标准的要求。
The processing technology and properties of poplar bark - based particleboard with urea formaldehyde (UF)resin as adhesive are studied,with the result showing the ratio of bark to poplar particle of 4* 1,density of 0. 8 g/cm3 ,glue consumption of 12% ,and hot press time of 8 min,with all physical properties of the bark - based parti-cleboard realizing the optimum level and meeting the requirements in the natonal standard GB/T 4897. 3 - 2003 for ordinary particleboard.
