摘要 基于非体育师范类院校社会体育专业发展过程中面临的内外部环境因素,利用AHP—SWOT分析模型对社会体育专业的发展现状进行实证分析,对专业发展战略进行了科学化选择。研究发现:目前非体育师范类院校社会体育专业发展中面临的内外部影响因素的优先权重排序依次为:机遇(O)>劣势(W)>优势(S)>威胁(T),因此,非体育师范类院校社会体育专业在未来发展中应以(W-0)扭转型战略为主,(S-0)增长型战略为辅助,通过(S-T)多元路径发展,(W-T)集中资源打造局部优势等策略促进社会体育专业的可持续发展。即利用外部机遇,弥补内部劣势,培养特色专业人才,开拓多元就业路径,集中局部优势资源。通过多元知识结构优秀人才的输出提高专业认可度与市场竞争力,从而扭转当前发展劣势局面,促进专业发展的可持续发展。 This article adopts the AHP-SWOT analysis model to study the internal and external factors experienced by nonsocial sports majors in colleges of normal and physical education. We make a scientific selection of the professional development strategy with the process of weight calculation and comparison and find that the order of SWOT in such a study is OWST. Therefore,non-social sports majors in colleges of physical education should mainly adopt the strategy of reverse( WO),with the strategy of growth( S-O),pluralistic( S-T) and sustain( W-T) as supplementary. This means to utilize external opportunities to offset the internal weaknesses,train professionals with distinctive abilities,open up more paths of employment,concentrate resources for elite education,improve professional recognition and market competitiveness,so as to reverse the current unfavorable situation and achieve sustainable development.
