流量法计算设计洪水时的修正与应用

摘要 贵州省规划新建的水利工程项目,多为流域面积小于500 km2的中小型项目,且大部分工程所在河流属于无水文资料地区。针对无资料地区,笔者利用贵州省雨洪公式及流量法计算水库坝址处设计洪水成果,当两种方法的计算成果存在较大差异时,提出考虑洪水形成因素,对流量法成果进行修正的应用方法,供设计人员参考。 Most of the newly built water conservancy projects in Cuizhou province are small and medium-sized projects with catchment area of less than 500km2, located in rivers without hydrological data. In view of such conditions, rain - flood formula of Cuizhou and flow-based method are adopted to calculate design flood for reservoirs and dam sites. This paper proposes to consider flood formation factors and modify results derived from flow-based method when there is a big difference between calculation results of the two methods for reference of designers.
