摘要
为充分发挥广西长洲水利枢纽的功能,按相关方对水资源利用的需求,根据枯水期水库调度原则、调度流量分配与相应处置、船闸通航设施的布置等,分析目前枯水期通航现状,从社会责任、发电效益和通航效率综合考虑,提出了解决问题的方向和建议。
In order to give full play to Changzhou Hydraulic Complex in Cuangxi, the current navigation during dry season is studied, and the direction and suggestions to solve problems are proposed by taking into account social responsibility, benefit of power generation and navigation efficiency according to relevant requirements of water resources utilization, reservoir operation principles during dry season, flow distribution and corresponding disposal, and layout of navigation facilities.
