综掘面高效泡沫除尘技术的应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对东林矿岩泥底板突出综掘工作面粉尘危害大且积水严重的问题,根据工作面产尘特性,提出采用高效泡沫除尘技术。介绍了该系统的工作原理、组成及主要特性,并对该系统在东林矿的现场应用及除尘效果进行了考察,总粉尘降尘效率在88%以上,呼尘降尘效率也超过86%。该系统在东林矿的成功应用,为治理井下岩泥底板突出综掘工作面粉尘污染问题提供了技术途径,也为煤矿工人的职业健康和煤矿的安全生产提供了有力保障。 Aiming at the problem of heavy dust and serious water accumulation on fully-mechanized working face cording to the characteristics of dust production in the working face,the high efficiency foam dust removal technolposed in this paper. The working principle, composition and main characteristics of this system were intr〇 oucee. The field applicationand dust removal efficiency of the system were investigated in Donglin Mine. The total dust the respirable dust fall efficiency was more than 86% . The successful application of the system in Donglin Mine has provided a technical approach to control the dust pollution problem in the underground mining face with mudstone and rock outburst danger,and also provid-ed favorable protection for the occupational health of coal mine workers and the .
