摘要
由于矿井原煤中细粒煤含量增大,加压过滤机排料周期延长,快开压滤机使用频次升高且产品水分偏大,导致浮选精煤水分控制难度加大,煤泥水系统成为洗选系统处理能力提升的瓶颈。新桥选煤厂应用弹性杆筛板进行原煤8 mm深度筛分,实现煤泥减量化生产,系统内煤泥含量降低3.93%,缓解了煤泥水系统压力,洗选系统处理量增大45 t/h,浮选精煤占末精煤中比重降低了5.54%,末精煤产率提高了12.42%,促进了末精煤水分恢复正常,生产时间缩短,洗选成本降低,每年可增加经济效益约2 380.31万元。
