摘要
为了深入了解煤层瓦斯含量的影响因素及其准确含量,采用单因素法对某煤矿煤层瓦斯含量影响的地质因素进行了研究,运用支持向量机理论建立了煤层瓦斯含量与主要控制因素之间的非线性预测模型,并对其瓦斯含量进行了预测。研究结果表明:煤厚、基岩埋深、顶板岩层效应50 m厚度影响系数是影响煤层瓦斯含量的主要因素;利用支持向量机建立的瓦斯含量预测模型其预测结果与现场实测值的平均残差为0.01,其拟合度高,可直接用于煤矿现场预测煤层瓦斯含量。
In order to investigate the coal s e a m gas content affecting factors and accurate content in depth, single factor m ethod for the geologic afect factors of coal gas content in a coal mine was studied, and the support vector machine theory w as used to establish the nonlinear prediction model between the s e a m gas content and m a i n control factors,and the that coal thickness,bedrock depth and roof rock layer effect 50 m thickness influence coefficient are the m a i n factors afecting the gascontent of coal seam. The prediction model of gas content based on the support vector machinfitting degree is high. And it can be directly used for coal m i n e site prediction of coal content.
