摘要
为完善小零售商户的经营现状,提高小零售商市场竞争力,基于北京市与天津市小零售商户的调研结果,在仅已知消费者对商品需求的均值和方差前提下,考虑了积压商品的残值和运营成本的具体构成,建立了小零售商户的订货决策模型,并求解小零售商户的最优订货批量及商品定价,以实现小零售商户利润最大化目标.通过Matlab进行数值仿真,证实了最优订货批量和商品定价的存在性,并发现节约成本有助于提高小零售商户的利润.
Both the correct ordering decision and pricing decision play important roles in improving the competitiveness and development of small retailers. Based on the survey data of small retailers in Beijing and Tianjin city, considering the residual value of the backlog of goods and concrete composition of operating costs, this paper designs the or-dering decision model of small retailers where only the mean and the variance of the demand are known. By solv-ing the optimal ordering quantity and price, this paper pursues the maximization of the small retailer's profit. The data simulation verifies that there are optimal ordering quantity and price, and cost saving plays key role in in-creasing the profit of small retailers.
