摘要
研究了运载火箭用气动加注阀阀杆断裂机理。采用ABAQUS建立了阀门静态和冲击强度分析模型,分别得到了静态和冲击破坏模式,分析结果经过了试验验证。提出了结构改进措施,并进行了验证。
The fracture mechanism of pneumatic adding valve’s rod was studied. Based on ABAQUS, themodel was made to analyze the static and kinetic strength of the valve rod. The fracture mechanism wasobtained and verified by experiment. The measure of structural improvement was presented and verified.
