摘要
响应谱型控制是火工式爆炸冲击模拟试验一个最关键的问题和难点之一。本文针对响应谱型控制的上升斜率、拐点频率及容差控制等,开展火药激励控制方法、响应板边界、工装动特性等对响应谱型影响的研究。结果表明,圆环形火药激励加载方式可实现800Hz-4000Hz拐点频率,响应板弹性阻尼边界可降低拐点频率及抑制高频上翘,单边加筋工装结构的拐点频率低于双边加筋工装结构。在工程试验中,采用该方法在40000g,900Hz/1600Hz的爆炸冲击试验中,实现了拐点频率和容差±6d B的谱型控制要求。
Response spectrum control is one of the key problems and difficulties in the pyroshock testing.Based on the rising slope, corner frequency and tolerance control of the response spectrum control, theresearch on the effects to response spectrum of pyrotechnic excitation control technology, plate boundaryand installation fixture dynamic characteristic is carried out. The results show that circular ring ofpyrotechnic excitation load can realize 800Hz-4000Hz corner frequency, and the elastic damping of platecan reduce the cross frequency and suppress the high frequency, the corner frequency of unilateralreinforced installation fixture is lower than the bilateral reinforced installation fixture. In the engineeringtest, realizes the request of response spectrum control corner frequency and ±6dB tolerance, by using thismethod in 40000g, 900Hz/1600Hz pyroshock testing.
