摘要
液压加载系统是结构静力试验系统的重要组成部分,试验前通过数值模拟了解加载系统的特性,优化控制参数,对于提高静力试验效率和精度具有重要意义。本文建立了静力试验加载系统的液压-结构-控制耦合动力学模型,采用遗传算法进行PID控制器优化,分析了不同系统性能优化指标对控制效果的影响。研究结果表明:采用遗传优化算法结合ITAE性能指标可以得到较优的PID控制参数。
Hydraulic loading system is an important part of structure static test system. Finding out thecharacteristic of the loading system and optimizing the PID parameter before test with numerical simulationare important for improving the efficiency and accuracy of structure static test. Hydraulic- Structure-Controlcoupling dynamics for static test loading system was modeled, and genetic algorithm is employed for PIDparameter optimization in this paper. The influence of different performance indices on control effectivenessis investigated. It is found that combination of genetic algorithm and ITAE is effective for PID parameteroptimization.
