回旋流式垃圾焚烧炉烟道和受热面积灰及其抑制方法分析

摘要 垃圾焚烧过程中产生的烟道及受热面积灰问题日益凸显,通过对积灰形成机理分析,阐述了碱金属在焚烧过程中,生成物在烟道及受热面积灰中的重要影响,总结运行过程中积灰的判断方法,探讨通过燃烧调整对积灰抑制的影响及碱性脱除剂的应用对积灰的抑制方法。 Aiming at solving the problem of ash fouling in boiler flue and heating surface in the course of waste combustion, the formation mechanism of ash fouling is analyzed. It is pointed out that the production of alkalis metals during incineration process greatly leads to ash fouling in boiler flue and heating surface. The methods for fouling judgment in the process of running are summarized. The ways to prevent ash fouling by combustion adjusting and the application of the alkaline removal agent are explored.
