摘要
基于国家节能减排政策,针对现有循环流化床机组的设备及系统配置,综合分析了循环流化床锅炉及辅助系统节能改造效果和预期收益。提出了循环流化床经过炉内脱硫后,尾部烟气酸露点温度较煤粉炉偏低,在设计及运行时,可降低该类型锅炉的运行排烟温度;通过系统的燃烧调整、浅床运行、合理控制启动油耗以及相对成熟的节能改造技术,循环流化床锅炉在不进行整体参数升级,现有设备及系统配置下,节能降耗效果显著,综合采取上述节能措施后,预计可节能3~5 g/(k W·h)。
Based on the national energy-saving emission reduction policies, in view of the unit equipment and system configuration of the circulating fluidized bed existing, the energy-saving effect and expected benefits of CFB boiler and its auxiliary system were comprehensively analyzed. It is pointed out that due to desulfurization in CFB boiler, the acid dew point temperature of flue gas is lower in CFB than it in PC boiler so that the CFB flue gas temperature in design and operation can be lowered. After combustion adjustment, shallow bed operation, lowering start-up fuel consumption and adopting other energy saving technologies, overall parameter upgrading of the CFB boiler is not necessary. After having adopted the energy-saving measures mentioned above, with the present configuration, the energy-saving effect is remarkable, expected to save 3~5 g/ (k*Wh).
