摘要
就机械故障诊断方法从解析模型、信号处理、知识和混合型四大类分别进行分析,阐述了这些方法的优缺点,并且介绍了广东省石化装备故障诊断实验室提出的基于无量指标的故障诊断方法,同时指出了故障诊断的发展方向。
The existing rotating machinery fault diagnosis methods are mainly divided into analytical model - based method, signal processing-based method, knowledge - based method and integrated diagnosis method. The advantages and disadvantages of current fault diagnosismethods are described in detail. Furthermore, dimensionless index - based fault diagnosis methods proposed by Guangdong Province Labo-ratory of Fault Diagnosis of Petrochemical Equipment are summarized. Finally possible research directions are pointed out.
