互联网环境下我国传统实体零售运营模式分析

Analysis on the Operation Model of Traditional Entity Retail under the Internet background in China

本文主要以我国新零售为背景,探讨传统实体零售运行模式下,构建"人物场"三者新的商业运行模式。从传统批零和电商批零交易额为例证,结合地域和人员结构分析挖掘变化趋势,提出建议措施构建新物流商业模式运作。

This article was mainly under the background of new retail in our country, and discussed thenew commercial operation mode construction of 'person, things, and field' under the traditional entity retail op-eration model. With the traditional retail and wholesale business transactions as examples, combined with theanalysis of reginal and personnel structure, the change tendency was mined, and measures were proposed tobuild new logistics business operation model.
