2014—2015年湖北省桶装饮用水微生物污染监测分析

Microbiological monitoring results of barreled drinking water of Hubei Province(2014-2015)

目的掌握湖北省桶装饮用水微生物污染状况,为食品安全监督管理提供理论依据。方法 2014—2015年随机抽取湖北省生产领域和流通领域桶装饮用水共209批次,按照国家标准对其进行菌落总数、大肠菌群、霉菌和酵母计数、沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等6个项目的检测,并对结果进行分析评价。结果 209批次桶装饮用水总合格率为54.07%(113/209),其中合格率最低的项目为菌落总数(55.50%),其次分别为霉菌和酵母(89.95%)、大肠菌群(91.39%)、致病菌(99.52%)。不同属地和不同抽检领域样品合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),省会城市、地市、县级及以下生产企业产品合格率依次降低,生产领域产品合格率明显高于流通领域。结论 2014—2015年湖北省桶装饮用水微生物项目合格率较低,应引起生产企业和食品监管部门的重视,加强对桶装水的监督和管理。

Objective To understand the hygienic status of barreled drinking water of Hubei Province,and provide scientific basis for food safety supervision and management. Methods 209 barreled drinking water samples were randomly extracted in Hubei Province from 2014 to 2015. Samples were determined based on the national standard, microbiological examination and evaluation were conducted. Results The total qualified rate of 209 barreled drinking water samples was 54. 07% （ 113/209 ） . The qualified rate of aerobic bacterial count （55.50%） was the lowest, followed by molds and yeasts （89.95%）, coliforms （ 91. 39% ） and pathogenic bacteria（99. 52% ）. In addition, the qualified rate of samples from enterprises of different cities and different sampling areas showed significant difference （P 〈 0. 0 5 ） . Specifically, the percentage of the qualification rate of the samples from the provincial capital city, prefecture - level cities and county - level cities and below reduced in turn, and the qualified rate of samples from production fields was significantly higher than that of circulation fields. Conclusions The hygienic status of barreled drinking water samples of Hubei from 2014 to 2015 was at a lower level. Enterprises and health supervision department should pay more attention, and strengthen the supervision and management of barreled drinking water.
