摘要
为优化种植结构、促进农业水资源的可持续发展,考虑到种植业中的多用户和多层次问题,建立双层多目标规划模型。将该模型应用到黑河中游甘州区、临泽县和高台县种植结构优化管理中,采用模糊目标规划算法得到最优种植方案。结果表明:优化后的夏禾、秋禾和经济作物的种植比例为20.7∶59.9∶19.4,经济作物的种植比例得到增加。进一步通过上下层之间的隶属度大小关系比较,发现下层决策者对上层决策者存在着制约和共同影响的作用。模型能够兼顾整体与局部决策者以及各目标之间的关系,为当地种植结构调整提供合理的决策依据。
In order to optimize the cropping structure and promote the sustainability development of agricultural water resources, a bi-level multi-objective programming model was developed by considering the multiple users and multiple levels issues in plan-ning. The model was applied to Ganzhou, Linze and Gaoti districts in the middle reaches of Heihe River basin Fuzzy goal pro-gramming method was used to solve the model and an optimal cropping pattern was obtained. Results showed that the optimal cropping structure of summer crops, autumn crops and economic crops is 20. 7 : 59. 9 : 19. 4. The ratio of economic crop increa-ses. Furthermore, by comparing the membership degrees between upper and lower levels, it was observed that decision makers in the lower level can restrict and affect the decision makers in the upper level. The model can balance the global and local decision makers and multiple objectives, which will provide reasonable decision making support for local planting structure adjustment.
