摘要
当前,我国经济社会正发生着深刻的变革,经济领域面临诸多挑战,工匠战略的实施,是化解产业结构矛盾的措施之一。技能大师工作室是培养高技能人才的崭新渠道,也是培育工匠精神的有效载体。可以通过教学环节融入工匠精神、营造工作室的文化氛围、发挥技能大师的示范作用、整合社会资源等方式培育具有工匠精神的人才,推动社会的发展。
At present, a profound reform is taking place in our country in terms of economy and society. The economic sphere faces many challenges. The implementation of craftsman strategy is one of the measures to resolve the contradiction of industrial structure. Skills Master Studio is a new channel to train high skilled talents, and also is an effective carrier to cultivate the spirit of craftsman. By integrating teaching links into the craftsmanship spirit, building the culture atmosphere of studio, playing an exemplary role of skilled masters and integrating social resources, the cultivation promotes the development of the society.
