Statistical Analysis of Open Education Teacher' Team in Different Regions——From the Perspective of the Open University of China

师资队伍建设一直是影响教育发展的核心因素之一,本文聚焦于开放教育背景下的教职工,以2015年国家开放大学教职工现状为示例,通过整体数量对比、职称结构对比、学历结构对比、年龄结构对比、学科结构对比等五方面的比较统计,来展现不同区域间师资差异,为未来有针对性地开展师资队伍建设提供有关参考。

The construction of the teachers' team is an important factor to promote the development of education. In the case of the teachers of The Open University of China in 2015, this paper is mainly about the teachers of Open Education by quantitative correlation, the structure comparison of titles, academic qualifications, ages, subjects, in order to show the teacher differences between different regions. This can provide reference for the construction of the teachers' team in future.
