城市化进程中新市民教育研究现状及对策

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of New Citizens' Education in Urbanization Process

当今我国城市正处于快速城市化的进程中,随着不断推进,出现了大量因土地被征用而产生的新市民群体。大量的农业用地转为了商业和住宅用地,为城郊地区的村庄带来很大经济收益,他们的物质生活和居住条件,公用基础设施以及人民就业方向都发生了非常明显的改变,农民的身份也在向市民转化。然而,城郊新市民失去了赖以生存的土地之后,他们中很多人虽然迅速富裕,但仍面临着一系列挑战。新市民生活中出现的诸多问题均制约了城市发展,能够解决好这些问题,帮助新市民融入城市,不仅与新市民的生存和发展有关,而且与中国城市化进程是否顺利进行,我国社会的稳定和谐及国家的长期稳定有关。因此,帮助新市民顺利转变角色,融入城市,是当前政府的一项重要任务。

Today, China's cities are in the process of rapid urbanization, with the continuous advance, there is a large number of land expropriation arising from the new public groups. A large number of agricultural land has transferred into commercial and residential land, bringing great economic benefits for the suburbs of the village. And their material life and living conditions, public infrastructure and people's employment direction has undergone a very significant change. The identity of farmers has conversed to the public citizens. However, many of them became quickly rich after the new people in the suburbs lost their land; they still faced a series of challenges. The problems concerning the living of the new people have restricted the development of the city. If we can solve these problems and help the new citizens integrate into the city, it will not only facilitate the survival and development of new citizens, but also urge the smoothly progress of China's urbanization process. And it is also related to the harmony of our society and the country's long-term stability. Therefore, it is an important task of the current government to help change the role of the new people into the city.
