海南省水泥窑协同处置危险废物现状分析及建议 被引量:2

摘要 水泥窑协同处置是无害化、减量化和资源化处置危险废物的重要技术途径,并在国内外得到了一致认可和广泛应用。通过分析海南省危险废物产生和利用处置现状,阐明海南省发展水泥窑协同处置危险废物的必要性,结合海南省目前水泥窑协同处置危险废物开展情况,指出现阶段存在基础信息不完善、水泥企业自身技术能力不足以及缺乏水泥窑协同处置危险废物相关政策等问题,提出了完善海南省水泥窑协同处置危险废物管理与技术的建议。 The technology of co-processing in cement kiln is an effective way to dispose the hazardous waste, as well as it could achieve reduction, harmless and recycling, which has been gained wide attention both broad and home. It analysized the utilization and disposal of hazardous waste in Hainan province, and described the necessity development of cement kilns co-processing. Meanwhile, combined with the progress of co-processing hazardous waste in cement kilns, it noted that there are some problems at present in Hainan province, such as the imperfection of basis information, the lack of technical capacity in cement enterprise, the shortage of relative policies about co-processing hazardous waste in cement kilns and so on. At the end, the paper puts forward suggestion about the manage - ment and technology for co-processing hazardous waste in cement kiln of Hainan province.
