摘要
对比了4-氨基安替比林的不同提纯方法,无水乙醇提纯法能有效降低空白吸光度,保证方法的灵敏度。乙醇无毒,较用95%乙醇提纯干燥快,能减少固体4-氨基安管比林损失量。
Compared with different purification methods of 4-aminoantipyrine, ethanol absolute purification method can reduce the blank absorbance effectively, and ensure the sensitivity. Ethanol absolute is non-toxic, compared with 95% ethanol purification method, ethanol absolute purification method reduces loss of 4-Aminoantipyrine because of drying faster.
